Tendangan Dollyo Chagi Atlet Taekwondo Menggunakan Sistem Penilaian PSS (Protector Scoring System) : A Literatur Review

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisa efektivitas tendangan dollyo chagi dalam memperoleh poin menggunakan protector scoring system (PSS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sasaran tendangan dollyo chagi berada disamping kanan dan kiri dalam memperoleh poin. Sasaran pada kepala dapat digunakan pada bagian area atas helm. Area sensor pada pelindung telapak kaki berada pada punggung kaki dan telapak kaki. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah poin dapat diperoleh menggunakan tendangan dollyo chagi pada sistem penilaian PSS, maka sasaran yang harus diperhatikan ialah sensor yang berada pada kaki, badan, dan kepala. Hal lain yang harus dikuasai oleh atlet ialah memahami bagaimana poin dianggap valid oleh wasit dan mengurangi gerakan yang kurang efektif pada saat bertanding.
