Analisis Kondisi Fisik Atlet Petanque Kota Semarang
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisa kondisi fisik atlet petanque kota semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode survey. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah atlet petanque Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 78 atlet. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam tes ini ialah pedoman tes dan pengukuran atlet KONI Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini ialah kondisi fisik rata-rata atlet petanque Kota Semarang berada pada kategori sangat kurang baik dan kondisi fisik rata-rata atlet putri Kota Semarang berada pada kategori kurang baik. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh kondisi fisik atlet putra dan putri atlet petanque Kota Semarang berada pada kategori kurang baik. Saran berdasarkan penelitian ini ialah kepada pelatih petanque Kota Semarang untuk segera membuat program latihan fisik atlet petanque Kota Semarang agar dapat menunjang performa atlet saat bertanding.
