Pengembangan Literasi Manusia melalui Isu Peran Gender dengan Pemanfaatan Cerita Pendek “Perempuan Itu Pernah Cantik”
Abstract
Artikel ini membahas perihal pengembangan literasi manusia melalui isu peran gender dengan memanfaatkan cerita pendek “Perempuan Itu Pernah Cantik” karya Mashdar Zainal. Artikel ini adalah artikel penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Isu peran gender di dalam cerita pendek objek kajian diulas dengan menggunakan pembacaan cermat (close reading) untuk dikaitkan dengan pengembangan literasi manusia sekaligus relevansinya dengan pembelajaran sastra jenjang SMA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa isu peran gender di dalam cerita pendek objek kajian bisa dipergunakan untuk pengembangan literasi manusia dalam pembelajaran sastra jenjang SMA di Indonesia.
