KERAGAMAN GENDER DEWAN SEBAGAI DETERMINAN KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK MAYBANK

Abstract


Kinerja perusahaan memiliki beberapa isu utama, diantaranya adalah keragaman gender dewan. Sejumlah penelitian terdahulu telah mengeksplorasi dampak keragaman gender dewan pada kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus di Maybank dan termasuk dalam kategori kuantitatif, yang menggunakan data laporan keuangan triwulanan antara Januari 2013 – September 2021 dan menggunakan analisis regresi. Board gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA dan board gender berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROE di Maybank periode Januari 2013 – September 2021. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya meneliti variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
