ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNAAN LAYANAN GEDUNG PERTEMUAN DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa persewaan layanan gedung pertemuan.Beberapa faktor yang di analisis yaitu dari segi biaya, segi kenyamanan dan segi pelayanan yang diberikan oleh fasilitas gedung pertemuan. Bagaimana biaya, kenyamanan dan pelayanan suatu acara yang diberikan pemberi jasa sewa gedung acara pertemuan mampu menciptakan rasa puas kepada pengguna dan pengunjung yang hadir pada acara di event venue place.Analisis penelitian fokus pada kepuasan pengguna jasa gedung acara pertemuan yang dilakukan pada tiga gedung acara pertemuan terkenal di Kota Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu Gedung Pertemuan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP), Gedung Pertemuan Graha Widyatama, dan Gedung Pertemuan Soemardjito. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling yaitu pelanggan dan pengunjung gedung yang berjumlah 150 responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan survei lapangan. Hasil data kuesioner diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor biaya, kenyamanan dan layanan yang diberikan jasa persewaan layanan gedung pertemuan sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna layanan sewa gedung pertemuan. Pengelola jasa harus mempunyai standar kualitas layanan yang tinggi sebagai modal utama dalam menjual jasa layanan. Kata kunci : kepuasan; biaya; kenyamanan; layanan; gedung pertemuan
