ANALISIS KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN JASA PENDIDIKAN PADA LPK BUGS TRAINING CENTER YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan dan untuk menentukan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan para pengguna jasa pendidikan pada LPK Bugs Training Center (BTC) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 50 responden untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis gap dan diagram kartesius digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dari kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, masih terdapat gap antara harapan serta kinerja.
