PENGARUH PEMAKAIAN AGREGAT HALUS (MUNTILAN, KALI BODRI, SINGOROJO) TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON PADA VARIASI GEOMETRI SILINDER
Abstract
The use of concrete is increasing along with the times. The use of concrete as an option is due to the fact that concrete has high compressive strength properties. Core drill is a method of taking concrete samples in a building structure. The sample taken (cylindrical shape) is then taken to the laboratory for testing such as compressive strength. This study aims to analyze the compressive strength of concrete with a ratio of 1PC:2PS:3KR on a cylinder size of 15 x 30 cm, and a ratio of 1PC:2PS:3KR on a cylinder size of 10 x 15 cm, 10 x 18 cm, 10 x 20 cm, with fine aggregate (muntilan, kali bodri, and singgorojo). This study uses a quantitative approach with experiments. The sample of this study used hard concrete by replacing the fine aggregate of muntilan sand, Kali Bodri, and Singgorojo. The test shows the value of the compressive strength of concrete with a ratio of 1PC:2PS:3KR with a cylinder size of 15 x 30cm with fine aggregate aged 14 days, the value of the compressive strength of concrete (muntilan: 10.19 Mpa, times bodri; 8.90 Mpa, singorojo: 8 ,90 Mpa) and 21 days old (muntilan : 11.22 Mpa, Kali Bodri : 9.73 Mpa, Singgorojo : 9.34 Mpa). Tests using cylindrical geometry variations (10 x 20cm, 10 x 18cm, 10 x 15cm) affect the value of concrete strength and the use of different fine aggregates (muntilan sand, Kali Bodri, and Singgorojo) also affects the value of the compressive strength of concrete. From the results of the comparison 1PC:2PS:3KR the use of muntilan sand is more recommended for concrete construction materials because the compressive strength of muntilan sand concrete is higher.
