Basketball is one of the activities in sports learning. In every basketball learning activitiy, all students were less enthusiasticninresponding to the learning. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the interest of high school students in Grobogan Regency in participating in basketball learning. The serearch mrthod. Data were collected by interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation methods. The population in this study were all senior high school students in GroboganRegency. While the sample in this study were 72 hihgschool students od a special sports school in Grobogandistrict. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that of the 72 students who became respondents the most had moderate interest in basketball learning, namely 40.28 percent of students.Students who have low and very low interest are 29.16 percent.  While students who have a high and very high interest in basketball learning are 30.55 percent.
