Profil Hemoglobin (Hb) Atlet Beladiri Seleksi Pra PON
Abstract
Kadar Hemoglobin menjadi salah satu tolok ukur kemampuan atlet dalam proses penyediaan energi kaitannya dengan pengangkuran gas Oksigen dan CO2. Semakin tinggi Kadar Hb semakin besar kemungkinan untuk melakukan proses pertukaran gas di dalam sel. Sebagai salah satu indikator kesehatan Hb ini sangat penting bagi atlet. Penelitian kaitan dengan Hb masih kurang, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kadar Hb dalam darah atlet beladiri (kempo, pencak silat, tarung drajat muaythai dan taekwondo) Pra PON Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei, dilakukan pengukuran terhadap atlet beladiri yang melakukan latihan mandiri dalam upaya menghadap PON Papua. Sampel penelitian adalah 108 atlet cabang olahraga beladiri yang melakukan latihan mandiri. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif dan Anova untuk membandingkan Hb dari setiap cabang olahraga beladiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata Hb atlet Beladiri Pra PON pada awal persiapan latihan pemusatan mandiri 2019 adalah 14.9111. Berdasarkan uji ANOVA dapat disimpulkan bahwa kadar Hb setiap antar cabang olahraga tidak berbeda
