JIU adheres to the principles of Open Access, meaning that all published articles are made permanently and freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or registration barriers for readers. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful, non-commercial purpose, as defined by the specific Creative Commons license applied, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
