Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Passing Bawah Menggunakan Metode Latihan Bola Gantung

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of the basic ball passing movements using a hanging plastic ball as a medium for class X students of SMK Apipsu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method, the research subjects are class X students of SMK Apipsu. Data collection techniques include observing the learning process and conducting tests and measurements of basic movement skills. Based on qualitative analysis, descriptive data analysis is used. Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are all aspects of the research procedure. Based on the research, the school, teachers, and students can find out that the use of hanging balls as a medium can increase student participation in volleyball physical education learning on the material of underhand passing and improve learning outcomes Students can be used as examples or input. This can be seen from The results, starting with the pre-action and continuing through cycles I and II, consistently showed an increase in both the average learning outcomes and the percentage of completion. This study concluded that the use of hanging balls can improve learning outcomes in underhand passing. The initial conditions of cycles I and II showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Initially, 13 students completed their education. Seventeen students (82 percent) completed the first cycle. The number of students completing their studies increased to 22 students (100%) in cycle II.
