UPAYA PENINGKATAN SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI PEMBERIAN INSENTIF (Kasus PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, Cikarang)

Incentives are provided by PT Bank Central Asia to maintain employee morale and company performance. This effort is in the form of financial compensation provided to employees by meeting performance standards and with the achievements of each employee. The purpose of this research is to find out how PT Bank Central Asia, especially the Cikarang area, to increase employee morale and productivity.The research method used is a qualitative research method by collecting data through interviews with several people who are directly or indirectly affected. The results showed that giving incentives to employees was the right thing to increase employee morale and PT Bank Central Asia in Cikarang is always committed to continuing to do this.
