Peningkatan Kapasitas Technosociopreneur melalui Bootcamp Trilogi Got Business Founder 2025

Abstract


Program Bootcamp Trilogi Got Business Founder (TGBF) 2025 dilaksanakan sebagai upaya penguatan kapasitas teknososiopreneur di kalangan mahasiswa dan UMKM binaan Universitas Trilogi. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk menjawab permasalahan mitra berupa lemahnya pondasi bisnis, keterbatasan literasi digital, minimnya pencatatan keuangan, serta kebutuhan inovasi produk. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi inti, ice breaking berbasis gamifikasi, serta pendampingan coaching dan mentoring. Hasil evaluasi kuesioner menunjukkan mayoritas indikator memperoleh skor di atas 3,6 (skala 5), dengan aspek “bermanfaat bagi peserta” dan “kesempatan diskusi” menempati posisi tertinggi. Sementara itu, indikator negatif seperti “membosankan” dan “monoton” memperoleh skor rendah (<2), menandakan dinamika pembelajaran berlangsung interaktif dan menarik. Ice breaking berbasis Blooket terbukti lebih disukai dibanding games fokus, dengan skor rata-rata 3,29 dan preferensi 11 dari 19 responden. Faktor pendorong keberhasilan meliputi antusiasme peserta, relevansi materi, kualitas narasumber, serta metode interaktif. Hambatan berupa keterbatasan waktu, kendala teknis, dan koordinasi narasumber dapat diminimalisasi melalui strategi perencanaan dan dukungan teknis yang lebih baik. Program ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan kapasitas wirausaha mahasiswa yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berorientasi keberlanjutan.
