Authorship Criteria
Jurnal Meta-Yuridis expects authorship to reflect substantial scholarly contributions to the work and responsibility for its accuracy and integrity.
A person should be listed as an author only if they meet all of the following criteria:
-
Made a substantial contribution to the conception or design of the work, legal research, collection of data or materials, analysis, or interpretation.
-
Drafted the manuscript or critically revised it for important intellectual content.
-
Approved the final version to be published.
-
Agreed to be accountable for all aspects of the work and to help ensure that questions about its accuracy or integrity are appropriately investigated and resolved.
All individuals who meet these criteria should be listed as authors. Contributors who do not meet all the criteria should be acknowledged, with their contributions described and their permission obtained. Funding, general supervision, administrative support, language editing, or proofreading alone does not qualify a person for authorship.
The authors are responsible for agreeing on the author list and order before submission. The corresponding author must ensure that all listed authors have approved the submitted manuscript. Any requested change to the author list after submission must be explained and approved in writing by all authors concerned, including anyone being added or removed.
