Manuscript Types
Jurnal Meta-Yuridis considers the following types of manuscripts:
1. Original Research Article
An original research article presents original, unpublished legal research within the journal’s focus and scope. It should clearly explain the research problem or objective, the approach or method used, the analysis and findings, and the conclusions or implications. Depending on the research question, suitable approaches may include normative or doctrinal, empirical, comparative, or socio-legal research.
2. Review Article
A review article provides a critical and structured synthesis of published research, legal developments, or scholarly debate on a relevant legal topic. It should explain the scope and approach of the review and present an analytical synthesis, such as identifying patterns, debates, research gaps, or directions for further study.
All manuscripts must fall within the journal’s Focus and Scope, follow the journal’s author guidelines and manuscript template, and undergo editorial screening and peer review. Authors considering a different manuscript type should contact the editorial team before submission.
